1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on pk37, accessing the website at pk37.net, downloading any associated mobile application, or using any of the services offered by pk37 (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of pk37, including registered players, visitors who browse the platform without registering, and any person who accesses the platform on behalf of another. If you are using pk37 on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.

pk37 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of pk37 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times while you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk37 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from pk37 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3 Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk37. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk37 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pk37 account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• Your login credentials — username and password — must not be shared with any other person. pk37 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from credential sharing.
• You must notify pk37 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pk37 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to any third party.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as communicated in the fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

pk37 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk37 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk37 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer
• SadaPay — instant digital wallet
• USDT TRC20 — cryptocurrency (converted to PKR equivalent at prevailing rate)

pk37 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any suspicious deposit or withdrawal pattern may be referred to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. Players must not use pk37 as a mechanism for currency transfer or fund laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk37 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Pakistani residents aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the applicable wagering requirement.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the promotional validity period, which is typically 7 to 30 days from activation.
• pk37 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on pk37 are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market, as published within the game interface or sportsbook section. The following general rules apply across all pk37 gaming products:

• Once confirmed, a bet or game round cannot be cancelled, reversed, or voided by the player except where pk37's specific product rules explicitly permit it.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game round, the outcome of the round may be voided and stakes returned at pk37's discretion. pk37 will not be liable for losses caused by network interruptions on the player's end.
• pk37 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome is known, or where the integrity of the bet is in question due to insider information, match-fixing, or odds manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all pk37 products and are displayed within each game or market. Bets placed in excess of published limits may be reduced or voided.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• For PSL and cricket betting markets, settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.).

In all cases of dispute regarding game outcomes, the records held by pk37's server logs shall be the definitive source of truth. pk37's decision on disputed game outcomes, once reviewed by the compliance team, is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk37 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any pk37 game or system to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with pk37 sportsbook markets.
• Using the pk37 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses pk37 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pk37's systems, databases, or any other player's account.

pk37 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct involves criminal activity, pk37 will provide all relevant information to the appropriate Pakistani or international authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk37 platform — including but not limited to the pk37 logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk37 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk37 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk37 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on pk37 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the pk37 platform.
• Use pk37's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pk37's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pk37 is committed to protecting the personal data of its users. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by the pk37 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

In summary, pk37 collects personal data that is necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. This data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by our gaming licence obligations.

In no event shall pk37's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk37 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by pk37's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pk37 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pk37 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the pk37 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

pk37 may also introduce supplementary terms and conditions applicable to specific games, promotions, or features. Such supplementary terms will be made available within the relevant section of the platform and will form part of these Terms where applicable.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk37's international gaming licence is issued.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and waive any claim of inconvenient forum.
